EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES: Prefer Graduate from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Current BLS certification. Current Certified Nursing Assistant license. Has passed the Certified Nursing Assistant in Acute Hospital Setting/Long Term Care Setting Test.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES: Previous Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in an Acute Setting is preferred (if applying for Transitional Care Position, long-term care experience is preferred).
