The quarterly health magazine from Community Hospital of Long Beach (CHLB). CHLB wants to thank both the Archstone Foundation and the UniHealth Foundation for the initial funding for this publication. As CHLB celebrates eightx years since reopening, we are excited about the expansion of programs and services offered to the community. The Archstone Foundation is a private grant making organization whose mission is to contribute towards the preparation of society in meeting the needs of an aging population. UniHealth Foundation is a nonprofit philanthropic organization whose mission is to support and facilitate activities that significantly improve the health and well being of individuals and communities within its service area.
